NCO Inc is a debt collections company that has called me many many times recently. They're also known as Financial NCO, OSI collections, NCO fin, NCO financial inc, financial healthcare services, Collection OSI, or www nco com.

They called me legitimately, because my insurance company missed one of our claims and didn't pay on it, so obviously after a while it got sent to collections. However, my insurance company is currently reprocessing the claim, but NCO Inc continues to pester me continually with voice mail messages that say "This is Andrea Stevens calling about a personal business matter blah blah blah."

Unfortunately I've read many reports that NCO Inc acquires old cell phone numbers and old phone numbers that have been disconnected, and when they get assigned to a new owner NCO begins pestering them about debts that aren't even legitimately theirs (debts that belonged to the phone number's old number). Before you call them, run a credit report and see if there is anything on your credit because you could get intimidated into paying something that you don't owe!
